Whether Hart was correct about the Packers’ Super Bowl prospects (which he is, given Green Bay’s appearances in the previous two NFC Championship Games), his most true argument was about Rodgers’ capacity to thrive even without the help of other players.
Rodgers’ reputation as one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history was cemented years ago, despite the fact that he spent the most of his career without an exceptional pass-catcher. Since becoming the team’s starter in 2008, the Packers quarterback has never thrown to a receiver taken in the first round of the NFL draft until 2020, according to ESPN. While Adams is currently one of the league’s finest pass catchers, he was drafted in the second round and didn’t become one of the league’s most dangerous weapons until 2018.
