Exploring the different ways to win Bloom Seeds, this guide is designed for new players who want to learn how they can get more seeds.
Praise be! You’re now a Daemonhunter! Enjoy your first quest with these tips, tricks and strategies from Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate’s BloomSeed expert. Here are some of my favorite combinations for success in 1-2 player games that I’ve been playing lately during the recent multiplayer test events on Steam Early Access (but will work well even in solo play).
1) Use any character you like but prioritize those with high health or armor ratings plus a melee attack such as an assault marine or chaos champion
2) Gear up by equipping gear cards worth 6 or 7 points
3) Play aggressively early on – once going into combat instead of running away always try to close quarters combat until at least one opponent has died
4) Focus fire targets- don’t just focus on one enemy while allies fight other enemies if possible; especially useful when facing large groups where it makes sense not to take out individual enemies right away
Bloom Seeds are an important resource in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate Daemonhunters, and you’ll need a lot of them to boost your fighting skills. Seeds are introduced early on, but they are difficult to get unless you know a few methods.
This article will show you how to get as many as you need for research, weapon and armor upgrades.
Bloom Seeds in Warhammer 40K Chaos Gate: How to Get Them
Bloom Seeds, a resource utilized for research, weapon upgrades, and more, are introduced in Chaos Gate’s second quest. The most common method to get them is to critically strike a seed carrier. Although it is easier said than done, you can truly ensure a critical hit on carriers by investing in the Hammerhand ability. This ability costs 1 AP and 2 WP to use in combat, so it’s not very taxing, but it greatly boosts your odds of harvesting the resource.
The ability is only available to Justicars, Interceptors, and Paladins, and it only costs a few skill points to master. Ascertain that every knight in that class possesses Hammerhand. You should also keep a look out for Bloom Seed plants throughout missions, since you may collect seeds from them without fighting.
The Apothecary class has a Surgeon skill that allows them to harvest a seed from an opponent without killing them, thus it’s another method to get Bloom Seeds.
Bloom Seed Harvesting is Boosted by Research
You should invest in two pieces of research that will considerably increase your seed intake. The first is “Advanced Seed Access,” which gives you an extra seed and allows you to use Extractor Servo Skulls. It’s worth noting that you’ll need to unlock the second layer of research first.
These Extractor Skulls, which are free to use and have a range of 15 and 5 ammunition, may be equipped by any knight. These may be sent out to harvest a seed from an opponent automatically. It’s critical to be able to gather from range.
The second piece of research, “Advanced Seed Extraction,” is just below and gives +1 seed for each one obtained.
That’s all there is to it when it comes to getting extra Bloom Seeds. Check out our Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate Daemonhunters guide center for even additional tips and tricks.
