Before the Super Bowl even started, it was already the internet’s favorite topic of conversation. “Is Tom Brady really going to retire at the end of the year? ” “Tom Brady, you’re not going to win the Super Bowl this year, are you? ” “OBJ is drafting you for the Patriots, I’m telling you, you’re getting a ring next year.” When you read those comments, you probably felt like the world was about to end, and that any support for the Patriots was wrong. Yet, Tom Brady himself is a self-admitted “doom and gloom” guy, stating that “it’s fun to see the teams that you think are going to win [the Super Bowl] and

Tom Brady was in the news for all the wrong reasons recently. The New England Patriots quarterback posted a picture of himself on Instagram (last month’s Best Picture nominee, Dunkirk) with a caption that looked like an Instagram meme. The post read, “Can’t wait for the next Super Bowl!” The comment was deleted as soon as people caught onto what it said. The Patriots were in the Super Bowl two months later, and the Atlanta Falcons came out on top.

I don’t know how long Tom Brady has been doing Instagram, but I do know that he has been very active on the photo sharing app. Here’s a look at some of his most recent posts:. Read more about who is tom brady playing for and let us know what you think.

Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are coming off a Super Bowl victory and have a great chance to repeat as champions this season. What if you were told that by 2021, they might be even more powerful? Brady’s recent remark on Rob Gronkowski’s Instagram picture may be foreshadowing the NFC’s worst nightmare.

In 2020, Rob Gronkowski had several good moments with the Buccaneers.

During the 2020 offseason, Tom Brady joined the Buccaneers and had his finest season in years, passing for 4,633 yards, 40 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. Rob Gronkowski, his tight end buddy, followed him from New England to Tampa and struggled at times, but the five-time Pro Bowler ultimately proved to be a valuable player.

Gronkowski caught 45 receptions for 623 yards and seven touchdowns for the Buccaneers in 2020 after retiring and sitting out the 2019 season. In a 27-24 defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12, he had his best game of the season, catching six receptions for 106 yards. However, in the Super Bowl, he was about as clutch as Michael Jordan in the playoffs, catching six passes for 67 yards and two scores in a 31-9 rout of the Chiefs.

The four-time first-team All-Pro is set to return to Tampa Bay in 2021, but he may have a breakout year this year.

Rob Gronkowski just shared a picture of himself visiting the Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium on Instagram. The caption that follows is what he added after that.

“Welcome to [Raymond James Stadium], where we finished last season as champions, but where the glory starts with a brand new chapter this season,” Gronkowski wrote.

The four-time Super Bowl champion’s picture and message were both lovely, but it was Brady’s remark that drew the most attention.

“Way to go, Gronk! I’ve never seen you play like this before! Brady wrote, “[two ‘100’ emojis] LFG.”

Brady’s claim that he’s never seen Gronkowski play the way he is now is bold, but if he’s correct, his remark may presage the NFC’s worst nightmare.

Brady didn’t specify what his remark meant, but we can only presume he intended it in a positive light. If this is true, the rest of the NFC should be very concerned.

Brady already has two No. 1 receivers on his team. Last season, Mike Evans had over 1,000 receiving yards, while Chris Godwin had 840 in 12 games. TB12 also features Antonio Brown, who showed last year that he still has a lot left in the tank with 45 receptions for 483 yards in eight games, and Scotty Miller, who had 501 yards for the Bucs.

Gronkowski, on the other hand, is probably one of the most unstoppable athletes in the NFL when he’s healthy.

Gronkowski had a career year in 2011, when he caught 90 receptions for 1,327 yards and an NFL-high 17 touchdowns for the Patriots. He also had three additional seasons in which he surpassed 1,000 receiving yards, earning first-team All-Pro accolades each time.

But it wasn’t only his 6-foot-6, 268-pound physique that made him so special; it was also his exceptional athleticism. Imagine tackling a 268-pound force moving at 19 miles per hour, according to NFL.com; it’s probably not going to go well for you. Defenders had a similar challenge while attempting to bring Gronk down in the wide field during his time with the Patriots.

Gronkowski’s five Pro Bowl seasons with the Patriots have cemented his status as a potential Hall of Famer. Gronk will not only become just as deadly a weapon as Evans and Godwin if he plays at a level similar to what he did with the Patriots, but he will also make the Buccaneers’ offense — which was third in the NFL in points per game in 2020 with 30.8 — even more explosive.

If all of this materializes, it’s difficult to see any NFC team defeating the Bucs on their way to another Super Bowl participation. Gronk might be the biggest nightmare for all of those clubs.
