The latest report on what Aaron Rodgers wants from the Packers proves Tom Brady is heavily influencing his future plans.

The recent report from Jason Wilde, the beat writer for the Green Bay Press-Gazette, has shown the Green Bay Packers have asked Tom Brady to be part of the organization if Aaron Rodgers ever decides to leave.

The Packers are desperate to keep Aaron Rodgers happy, but what the QB wants is a team that can win a Super Bowl. Rodgers is willing to sign a long-term extension, but the Packers need to show him that they are serious about winning. With every passing day, Rodgers gets more impatient, and it’s only a matter of time before he wants to go to a team that can win it all.. When Tom Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he didn’t simply change the NFC landscape; he completely changed it.

Aaron Rodgers was also inspired by him.

While Brady ultimately departed the New England Patriots for personal reasons, his teammate has his own set of problems. And, according to the most recent report on what Rodgers wants from the Green Bay Packers, the GOAT is clearly impacting his future plans.

Rodgers inked a four-year, $134 million contract deal with the Packers in 2019, but the reigning NFL MVP seems destined to end his career elsewhere. Despite the fact that he won’t be eligible for free agency until 2024, the potential Hall of Famer has gone from being Green Bay’s undisputed starter to a total unknown. After all, Rodgers’ comments and actions over the past several months have created significant questions about his future with the club.

The 37-year-old has done all he can to make it appear like he’ll never play for the Packers again, from adopting a pessimistic tone following Green Bay’s most recent NFC Championship defeat to missing organized team activities and mandatory minicamp.

Green Bay seems to be on the verge of transitioning from Rodgers to the 2020 first-round selection, with second-year quarterback Jordan Love waiting in the wings. General manager Brian Gutekunst, on the other hand, has said unequivocally that the Packers would not move their longstanding leader.

However, a change of environment may be beneficial to all people involved in the end. Green Bay would be able to go ahead with Love once Rodgers was given his release.

Rodgers’ future intentions are strongly influenced by Tom Brady, according to the newest report on the Packers quarterback.

Rodgers has earned $240 million in his NFL career, so it’s no surprise that money isn’t the driving force for his desire to leave Green Bay. After all, he allegedly rejected a contract offer from the Packers, which would have given him the league’s highest-paid player.

So, what does the three-time MVP have in mind for his current squad?

According to a recent story, Rodgers was well aware of the ramifications of one of his colleagues’ career-altering decision. In fact, it seems that the unhappy Packers star is allowing Brady to have a say in his future intentions.

An NFC personnel official told FanSided’s Matt Lombardo, “He wants to get some kind of deal done.” “However, he wants years off his contract so he can do a Tom Brady and attempt to win a championship somewhere else.”

Rodgers, like Brady, wants the freedom to pursue his own interests after spending two decades in New England. Given the GOAT’s immediate success with the Buccaneers, it makes sense for Rodgers to follow in his footsteps. If he can persuade the Packers to accept to a modified contract that would enable him to become a free agency after the 2021 season, the California native will be able to chase a ring with a club that is only a quarterback away from contending for a title.

What NFL teams should the reigning MVP be keeping an eye on?

Brady made it seem simple by guiding the Buccaneers to a Super Bowl victory right away. On the other hand, he was a part of a star-studded team with experienced playmakers on both sides of the ball. He also convinced Tampa Bay to sign Antonio Brown and trade for Rob Gronkowski, who combined for three touchdown receptions in Super Bowl 55.

Rodgers, on the other hand, may have a harder time finding a solid landing place than Brady did.

If he wants to be paid like an exceptional quarterback, the veteran quarterback may be too expensive for some clubs to accommodate under their pay limit. Furthermore, because of Rodgers’ age, some clubs may be hesitant to send multiple first-round choices for a guy who will be 38 in December.

Nonetheless, you have to believe that at least a few teams would consider trading for one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.

The Denver Broncos are still the club with the best chance of landing Rodgers. Vic Fangio’s team has a strong assortment of offensive skill players, but the Broncos’ insecurity at quarterback may keep them from reaching their full potential. By acquiring Rodgers, the powerful AFC West squad would have a far greater chance of defeating Patrick Mahomes and his ilk.

Don’t forget about the Raiders in Las Vegas. While they don’t have a very strong roster, the prospect of being the face of a Las Vegas-based NFL team could entice Rodgers to team up with Jon Gruden.

Is it possible that the Pittsburgh Steelers will be engaged at some point? Because Ben Roethlisberger’s greatest days are behind him, why not go for a quarterback who has won seven of his past ten playoff starts?

Plus, after spending over a decade with one of the NFL’s most storied teams, wouldn’t it be ironic if Aaron Rodgers ended his career with the club that Tom Brady regularly ripped apart during his time with the Patriots?
