The 2018 World Cup is in full swing and the soccer world has been buzzing with excitement. But it’s not just about who wins, but also what they wear. Some of the most memorable moments in this year’s tournament have come from the fashion choices of players and coaches.

The maserati ghibli is a car that was released in 2018. It has 4 flat tires and looks like a Maserati.

Rex Ryan, the former head coach of the New York Jets and now an ESPN commentator, is a Justin Fields is a writer who lives in New York City supporter who has little tolerance for people who want the Chicago Bears’ rookie quarterback to fail.

Ordinarily, such reasoning would be limited to Green Bay Packers supporters and fantasy football players who don’t have the 11th overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft on their roster. Ryan, on the other hand, recently chastised the Bears management and head coach Matt Nagy for allegedly setting up the rookie quarterback for failure.

On ‘Sunday NFL Countdown,’ Rex Ryan slammed Matt Nagy and the Chicago Bears.

The Fields period was intended to be a watershed moment in Chicago’s history. Instead, Nagy has steadfastly resisted publicly supporting his rookie quarterback as a player capable of bringing a Super Bowl championship back to Chicago.

Nagy continued to emphasize how the club belonged to Andy Dalton, the injured veteran quarterback, even before Fields made his first career start in Week 3. The three-time Pro Bowler started the first two games for the Bears but is now out with a knee ailment.

Ryan made it plain on the Oct. 3 edition of Sunday NFL Countdown that he’s had enough of Nagy’s attitude. Nagy’s hesitation to accept Fields as his starting quarterback was harshly attacked by the defensive mastermind.

Ryan also chastised those who were already frustrated by the rookie’s sluggish start. In a Week 3 defeat to the Cleveland Browns, Fields completed just six of his 20 passes and was sacked nine times.

“I understand that [Fields] wasn’t prepared, but who is to blame for it? It’s difficult for me to sit back and argue that a quarterback shouldn’t be ready to play in his first season. Why? I began two different rookies because of this. That doesn’t make sense to me. You selected this player after trading two first-round choices for him. I examine him, and he resembles a Maserati with four flat tires. Why? Because you’re not filling those tires with air.”

By the way, the two quarterbacks were Mark Sanchez and Geno Smith.

Sanchez was the starting quarterback on a Jets team that reached the AFC Championship Game as a rookie in 2009, thanks in large part to a strong defense. Smith had an uneven first season in 2013, but he did orchestrate five game-winning drives and scored 18 rushing touchdowns.

The performance of Fields in Week 4 backed up Ryan’s assertions.

Those who want to look at the Bears’ Week 4 win through a cynical lens would argue that the club won entirely due to the Detroit Lions’ offensive ineptitude. But, on the other hand, how many times have we said that through the years?

In the 24-14 win, Fields completed 11 of his 17 throws for 209 yards and an interception. He became the second quarterback chosen in the 2021 NFL Draft to win a game as a starter; Mac Jones, the 15th overall selection earlier this year, won his first start in Week 1.

Later in Week 3, Zach Wilson, the second overall selection, joined the team. Wilson tossed two touchdown passes to help the Jets pull off a 27-24 win against the Titans.

Returning to Fields, he looked crisp at times and didn’t hesitate to try long passes. Darnell Mooney of Tulane, a second-year receiver, made a 64-yard catch on his way to a five-reception, 125-yard effort.

Overall, Fields did enough to save the Bears from getting off to a 1-3 start. Nagy and the Bears at least showed some willingness to put air in the rookie quarterback’s tires for the first time this season.

Nagy needs to listen to Ryan and trust Fields more.

Perhaps the rookie quarterbacks are beginning to show signs of improvement. Wilson overcame an abysmal start to his NFL career to help the Titans beat a dangerous club. During the Patriots’ dramatic last-minute defeat against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jones threw for 180 yards and two scores in 19 consecutive passes.

Fields, on the other hand, is still looking for his first throwing touchdown. If Nagy is serious about making the playoffs for the third time in four years, he’ll make it clear that the Ohio State product will be his starter moving forward, and he’ll do all he can to assist the rookie succeed. If it means giving Mooney more snaps and targets, the Bears’ offensive staff must include that into the game plan.

Fields, on the other hand, may be missing one of his most effective weapons in Week 5. Running back David Montgomery hurt his knee against the Lions and will most likely miss next week’s game against Derek Carr and the Raiders in Las Vegas. The Iowa State alum shredded the Lions defense for 106 yards and two scores.

When Fields gets on the road, he probably realizes that he can only control what he can control. With that in mind, this seems to be the ideal time for Nagy to give up his stubbornness and eventually grasp the air pump.
