Draymond Green’s game has been questioned for some time. The Warriors’ two-time NBA All-Star and defensive anchor has been criticized for his lack of shooting and scoring ability in the past, but he has shown a penchant for responding to criticism on Twitter.

Read more about draymond green wife and let us know what you think.Over the years, NBA fans have learned that Golden State Warriors star and three-time NBA champion Draymond Green is never afraid to speak his mind. Today, he is one of the most respected athletes in the game, which sometimes costs him dearly as the league penalizes him for certain statements. But it also helped him become one of the sport’s biggest superstars.
In a recent episode of HBO’s The Store, Green kept both feet on the ground, including insulting his critics.
Green was recently featured on The Shop with Tom Brady, Maverick Carter, Kid Cady, Chelsea Handler and Paul Rivera. In an episode of the hit HBO show, the group discussed how athletes recognize their strengths and weaknesses.
It all started when Brady responded to LeBron James’ comments in 2017. James said in that comment that TB12 is the greatest football player of all time, but he wouldn’t give Brady the title of greatest athlete of all time because the quarterback doesn’t play on the other side of the ball.
I can only get better with the body I’ve been given, Brady said. There are things I absolutely cannot do. And I have the consciousness to understand Ok, I can’t do these things. You can’t do everybody’s job. I can’t block, I can’t intercept, I can’t run, I can’t catch – I absolutely can’t run – but I can throw the ball. So let me handle this. And let me do it very well.
In response, Handler said that the true characteristic of a leader is the ability to delegate certain tasks to people who are more talented in certain areas.
This led Green to take on some of his biggest critics.

In response to Handler’s comments, Green immediately made some snarky remarks.
That’s why there are a lot of unsuccessful people and a lot of damn stupid people, he said. And you can tell by the criticism you get (Handler) or the criticism you get (Brady). Over the last few years, I have found solace in this situation. And just as you listen to people and what they say and criticize, it actually shows you how stupid people are with their criticism.
Green went on to say that he often hears people talking: Draymond, you have to shoot, but he asked why he has to shoot when he can just give the ball to the best shooter of all time: Stephen Curry.
Why would I shoot? You’re really an idiot if you think I should shoot, because I can give him a shot, and if he’s half-open, he’s better than anyone else in the world – if he’s half-open, Green said.
At first glance, Green’s comments are amusing and seem to be part of his latest tirade, but if you look a little deeper, they also show why he and the Warriors have been so successful over the years.
Green scored big points and showed why the Warriors are so successful: They all know their roles.
Green was never one to score 20 or 30 points a game, but he was always a hard worker who did everything on defense. He was a three-time All-Star in three of Golden State’s five consecutive NBA Finals, and he accomplished that by doing whatever it took for the team to win.
In those three seasons, Green averaged 11.8 points, 8.4 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.4 blocks. He led the NBA in steals per game in the 2016/17 season and was named Defensive Player of the Year that season.
But while he did all the dirty work, Curry, Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant shot the ball to the basket, leading Green and the Warriors to three titles in five seasons from 2014-15 to 2018-19.
Green is not someone who should be shooting the ball; he’s shot a terrible 27% from three-point range this season. But he’s a guy who will make winning moves, and that’s all that matters in the end. That’s why he became a three-time NBA champion.
