Charles Woodson will be leaving the Oakland Raiders, after 12 seasons with the franchise. The Raiders are reportedly going to use two first round picks to get a receiver and a defensive back. Charles Woodson’s future with the team was uncertain since he was entering the final years of his contract. During the pre-draft press conference where the Raiders drafted Karl Joseph, Charles Woodson said he wasn’t sure of his future.

Charles Woodson’s announcement that he’ll be joining Fox Sports as a football analyst was met with much acclaim. The former Green Bay Packer and Oakland Raider announced via Twitter that he’d be taking a job with the network as soon as he’s inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

He is expected to join the network as a game analyst in late March, and will begin hosting a show during the 2018 season.
