Before Texans fans had a chance to see the Houston Texans DeShaun Watson throw a pass in a regular season game, the quarterback was traded to the New England Patriots. And according to CBS Sports, it appears the quarterback isn’t too upset about it.

In recent days, rumors are swirling that Deshaun Watson is looking to make a move to the Cleveland Browns. There are many reports that the Browns are trying to trade for Watson, and some of them have even stated that they are willing to make big trades in order to get Watson. Watson has also denied any trade rumors that are circulating around the league.

Due to the Houston Texans’ recent struggles and the 2017 NFL Draft being in the first week of the month, Deshaun Watson’s name has been floated around in trade rumors. The Texans have been drafting high for the past few years, so it seems likely that they’d be willing to consider moving up in the draft to get a player they really want. It seems that if they do, Watson would be their preferred destination.

There is no guarantee that Deshaun Watson will be on the field for an NFL team this season. The quarterback’s relationship with the Houston Texans team seems to be broken for good and his various legal issues are clouding the issue. But if Watson can play for the team in 2021, he obviously knows exactly what colors he wants to wear this fall. In a recent conversation with former Texans teammate Kareem Jackson, Watson talked about where he would most like to be traded this offseason. His choice? Denver Broncos.

Almost immediately after a 2020 season in which the Texans went 4-12 and showed no signs of hope for the future, Watson officially asked for a trade with the team. The star quarterback thought convincing the Texans to trade their franchise player would be the hardest part of his summer, but the opposite was quickly proven. The 16th. In March, a masseuse named Jane Doe filed a civil suit through Texas attorney Tony Buzbee accusing Watson of sexual assault. The lawsuit alleges that the Texas die went too far during a routine massage session. Watson immediately and categorically denied the allegations, but that’s not all. In the following months, 22 more women filed similar complaints through Buzbee. One applicant has since withdrawn his application, bringing the total number of applicants to 22. Rusty Hardin, Watson’s attorney, then accused the 22 women of lying in their sexual assault cases. Watson has always maintained that he did not commit any improper acts, and we believe him to be a saint, ESPN said in a statement. The answer to the question of whether we say that the 22 complainants are above the allegations of sexual misconduct by Mr…. So Watson’s lie is a definite yes. Watson has not been charged in connection with the allegations, and the NFL has not yet taken disciplinary action against the three-time Pro Bowler. At this point, all we know is that Watson’s future in the NFL is uncertain at best.

Watson’s favorite target is the Denver Broncos

Watson will have to sort out his tangled legal situation before he can get back on the football field. But even with 22 sexual harassment allegations swirling around him, he’s still determined to leave Houston. So where does he want to play this season? According to former Texan Kareem Jackson, the answer is clear: the Broncos. Jackson spoke with retired NFL quarterback Aqib Talib on the latest episode of the Catchin’ Fades podcast and discussed Watson’s favorite trade point. I have a great relationship with Deschan, Jackson said. I’ve been talking to him for the past few weeks. All he said to me was: Look, Jack. Just tell them: That’s where I want to be. Says he: That’s where I want to be. Says he: I want to be in Denver. Jackson re-signed with the Broncos this season after spending the last two seasons in Denver, and Watson could soon join him in the Mile High City.

What would a trade between the Broncos and Texas look like?

. As you might expect, trading a top quarterback at the height of his career doesn’t come cheap. The Broncos will have to deal with this difficult reality if they want to fulfill Watson’s dream this offseason. Earlier this year, the Los Angeles Rams gave up two first-round picks, a third-round pick and Jared Goff to steal Matthew Stafford away from the Detroit Lions. Stafford is now 33 years old and has only made it to the Pro Bowl once in his NFL career. Watson, meanwhile, is one of the top five quarterbacks in the league, and he’s only 25 years old. If the Broncos are serious about trading the young superstar, they will have to give up a record amount of money. Three firsts? Maybe four? Denver does not currently have a team that can be champions. Putting their future on the line for one player may not appeal to new general manager George Paton. On the other hand, Watson will make his next team a contender once he’s on the field. The Broncos now know they are Watson’s top target, so why not at least call?
